Breast Pump Rentals

SFRC offers hospital-grade, double electric breast pumps for families who need additional feeding support. Pumps are available to rent for up to 8 weeks, with extensions available depending on availability.

For health and sanitation reasons, personal pump attachments—including tubing, bottles, and breast shields—cannot be rented and must be purchased separately.

A small selection of breast pump supplies and breastfeeding accessories is available for purchase at the Centre.

If you’re unsure which supplies you need, we recommend speaking with a lactation consultant or Public Health Nurse for guidance.

Stop by the Centre or call 204-346-0413 to speak with a staff member to learn more about pump availability, rental fees, and requirements.

SFRC Participants
$5/week | $40/8 weeks

Non-Participants
$10/week | $80/8 weeks

Medela Nipple Shield — $15
Medela Breast Shield — $15
Medela Breast Pump Attachment — $25/single

Personal pump attachments must be purchased separately and cannot be rented.

Rental Requirements

Rental fee is due at the time of rental.

A valid credit card is required.

Manitoba Health number or driver’s licence number is required.

Rentals may be extended if a pump is available.

Early returns may be eligible for a partial refund.
